Greenway Modern School believes in nurturing not only the minds but also the bodies of our students. In commemoration of Health Day, students from the primary, middle, and senior wings enthusiastically participated in a range of activities aimed at promoting physical fitness, mental well-being, and healthy lifestyles.
Our youngest learners of classes 1 and 2 kicked off the day by having a healthy breakfast related to Millet, class 3,4, and 5, brought half-cooked sweets related to millet, and garnished them in the school. These activities were designed to instill the importance of health and fitness from an early age.
The middle-wing students embraced the spirit of Health Day by making millet charts and giving presentations on millets. Through interactive discussions and practical demonstrations, students gained valuable insights into maintaining a balanced lifestyle amidst their academic pursuits.
In the senior wing, students showcased their commitment to health and wellness through a series of dynamic activities, cooking without fire for classes 9 and 10 and poster making and slogan writing for class 12.
The collective enthusiasm and active participation of students made The World Health Day celebrations truly memorable. As a school community, we remain dedicated to fostering a culture of health and wellness, ensuring that our students not only excel academically but also lead fulfilling and healthy lives.
