Greenway Modern School organised an online Child Safety and Protection Awareness Session for Parents on 8th August 2026, in collaboration with Project CACA, as part of the school’s ongoing efforts to promote a safe, secure, and supportive environment for children.

The session focused on creating awareness among parents about child protection, the POCSO Act, 2012, online safety, bullying, responsible digital behaviour, and the importance of open communication with children. Parents were sensitised to the need for recognising potential safety concerns and encouraging children to speak freely about any situation that makes them uncomfortable or unsafe.

The interactive session provided parents with valuable guidance on strengthening home–school collaboration and fostering a child-friendly environment where children feel heard, respected, and protected.

The initiative reinforced the school’s commitment to student safety, awareness, well-being, and holistic development, with parents and teachers working together as partners in safeguarding children.
