On 17th July 2026, Everteen Company organized an awareness session for the girls of Classes 6th to 8th at Greenway Modern School. The session focused on making students aware of the physical changes that occur in a girl’s body during adolescence. The instructor explained the topic in detail with the help of real-life examples and showed an informative video on the menstrual cycle so that students could understand the process clearly and without any fear. She also spoke openly about common myths related to menstruation such as not washing hair during periods and not being allowed to go to the temple, and explained that these have no scientific basis. The importance of neatness and personal hygiene was strongly emphasized, including regular bathing, changing sanitary pads every few hours, wearing clean clothes, and maintaining overall cleanliness. To support the students, Everteen installed a sanitary pad vending machine free of cost in the school premises. The company also distributed free samples of sanitary pads, panty, and a calendar to help the girls track and maintain the dates of their menstrual cycle. The session ended with an interactive doubt-clearing round where all student questions were addressed patiently and respectfully.

                Table Manners Activity – Pre-Primary

Good habits begin at the dining table! Pre-Primary students of Greenway Nursery School participated in an engaging Table Manners Activity aimed at developing proper dining etiquette and healthy eating habits from an early age.

To make the learning meaningful and enjoyable, the teachers demonstrated both good manners and bad manners at the dining table. Through these role-plays, children easily understood the difference between appropriate and inappropriate behaviour while eating. They learned the importance of washing their hands before and after meals, sitting properly at the table, using polite words like “Please,” “Thank You,” and “Excuse Me,” chewing with their mouths closed, eating neatly without wasting food, and keeping the dining area clean. They were also encouraged to share, wait patiently for their turn, and respect others during mealtime.

The interactive demonstration and hands-on learning made the activity enjoyable and memorable. It helped children understand that good table manners reflect respect, responsibility, and consideration for others—valuable life skills that will stay with them as they grow.
