Greenway Modern School, Dilshad Garden went on a NCC Camp from 25^TH December 2013 to 4^th January 2014 and visited Ravi Shankar Sarvodaya Kanya Vidhyalaya, Bawana.  17 girls from Classes VIII and IX participated in the camp.

 Students learnt a lot of activities during their stay i.e Sports,  Morning Drill, Marching and how to hold 0.22 rifle They also attended some Lectures on topics like social service, career guidelines, health and hygiene, disaster management etc.  Not only this cultural activity such as dancing, singing, drama, skit etc. were also a part of the camp, and Greenwanians secured positions and were awarded with medals, which was a proud moment.  Students also learnt the importance of healthy and balanced diet.

 The main aim of the Camp was to bring up cadets to face their problems and deal with situations alone and in a team.   Students had a great time at the Camp and learnt to survive away from their home.  The camp was very beneficial for the students and was enjoyed thoroughly by all.
