05.04.2018 – The Principal of the School Mr.
Mohit Sachdeva, Welcomes the Students for the Academic Session 2018 – 2019 on a
very positive note. Best students award from NIE “Times of India’ was given to ‘Ms. Priya Khulbe for the Session 2017 – 2018.
10.04.2018 – A counseling session for Class X was
held with regard to how to choose the stream and what are the career options.
The Speaker was Dr. Anubhuti Sehgal.
13.04.2018 – Baisakhi and Ambedkar Jayanti was
celebrated with great zeal by all the three wings Primary, Middle and Seniors
in the Assembly, wherein the students threw light on the importance of Baisakhi
along with that how the festival is celebrated in different parts of the
country
13.4.2018 – To inculcate the reading habits,
Inter-house newspaper competition was held. They were judged on the basis of
their pronunciation, confidence and clarity. The winner was Satakshi Dutta (VIII E) of Peace House. Vaibhav Srivastav (VIII B) of Harmony House
got the second position. Chavi Singhal
of Purity House and Drishti of Love
House also participated in this competition.
18.04.2018 – Mother’s Meet was held for Classes
I and II to acquaint the Mothers with the new class teachers and the teaching
methodology of the new class.

SHOW FOR CLASS XII - To
make the students aware that inner beauty is everything, a show was organized
to make them realize that having confidence in oneself is more important than
anything else in life. Also they can choose theatre as one of the options for
their career.
ASTRONOMY
CLUB SARISKA VISIT -
The young astronomers of Club Kritika and Kalpana visited Sariska on 20th
April, 2018, This time the trip was multi-dimensional . The students had the
experience of organic farming, rainwater harvesting, rich culture of Rajasthani
Folk Music and Dance and at night they traced many Celestial bodies with the
help of high resolving power telescope.
World Dance Day -
The Primary, Middle and Senior Wing celebrated World Dance Day with zeal
and enthusiasm. Dance is an integral
part of every human life, it is a way through which we can express our emotions. The Primary Wing had an Inter-House
competition where-in they presented different forms of dances like Bihu, Bangra,
Lavani, etc. The Peace House emerged as the winners and
runners-up were Love House and Harmony House. Purity House also participated with
great enthusiasm. The Middle Wing and
the Senior Wing acquainted the students with various forms of dances from
contemporary to Indian Classical.
Primary Activities :
To improve
the handwriting and develop their motor skills an handwriting competition was
held for Classes I & V was held and the winners were given appreciation
certificates
Poem
Recitation Competition – An Inter-class was organized for
Class I to make the students confident in their speaking skills and the
winners were given appreciation certificates .
Tree
Plantation – To save the earth a Tree Plantation drive was done and
the students were explained the importance of growing trees and how they can
save the environment
Poster
Making Competition – An Inter-House Poster Making Competition
was held to save the mother earth. The winners were Shrishti – VIII E and
Abhiram – VIII A from Peace House and the Runners up were Niket Singh – VIII C
and Sanya 0 VII D from Purity House.
Sourabh, Mehar – VIII D, Harsh Talan, Palak Yadav - VIII C from Love and
Harmony house also actively participated.
Road Safety – A road safety campaign was
held to make students aware about the
road safety rules and the measures which they have to take while crossing /
driving. Classes I to V made beautiful
drawings. Students of Classes VI to VIII did a questioner and Classes IX to XII
described an event, created stories and
gave speeches on how important road safety is.
