On the eve of Dussehra the students  of junior and senior wing gave few performances including a skit named ‘Kaliyug Ravana Dahan” which depicted that in ‘Tretayug’ one Ravana was there and one Rama was able to kill him.  Now in ‘Kaliyug’ the count of Ravana has been vigorously increased and hence one Rama will not be sufficient to kill these Ravanas.  Our youngsters should be moulded to Purushottam Rama who can take up the responsibility of destroying each Ravana.

In the skit each head of ‘Dusshaavan’ Ravana was considered as a social evil which is to be destroyed by the Kaliyug Rama’.

Let us wish that in this era there will be no Ravana left and every individual can be a ‘Purushottam Rama’, full of values so that there will be no need of Ravana Dahan in future.

Wish you all a very happy Dussehra.

      WORKSHOP FOR THE TEACHERS

A Pearson Workshop was held on Saturday, 5th October 2013 by Ms. Mita Mohanty in Greenway Modern School, Dilshad Garden.  It was organized especially for the English Teachers, from Classes I to VIII.  The workshop started with a marvelous opening and great enthusiasm.  The focus of the workshop was on how to teach effectively in the Class with the full involvement of the Students.  The main motive behind the workshop was to enhance the Student - oriented education rather than Teacher – oriented.  Overall the workshop was very effective and beneficial for the Teachers.
