Greenway Modern School recently hosted an insightful workshop by Renowned Publication on the National Education Policy (NEP) and the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) Guidelines for Primary Teachers.

The primary objective of the workshop was to provide a deeper understanding of NEP and NCF, focusing on effective implementation within classrooms.

The workshop covered key aspects such as:

 1. Understanding NEP and NCF Guidelines: Teachers were guided through the latest NEP and NCF mandates and their practical application in everyday teaching.

 2. Activity-Based Learning and Thematic Teaching: The session included live demonstrations of activity-based teaching methods. These hands-on demonstrations highlighted thematic teaching techniques, encouraging active learning and student engagement.

 3. Inclusive Learning Models: The trainers emphasized the best model that caters to various types of learners, ensuring that teaching strategies accommodate different learning styles and needs.

 4. Showcasing Swaadhyayan: A special focus was placed on “Swaadhyayan,” a concept that aims to develop children as independent learners.

The workshop explored how this approach helps students take ownership of their learning journey. Our teachers participated in the activities with great enthusiasm and attentiveness, fully immersing themselves in the learning experience. Their active engagement throughout the workshop reflected a shared commitment to applying these modern educational principles in the classroom, ensuring holistic and inclusive development for all students.  This workshop was an enriching experience, leaving our educators equipped with innovative strategies to enhance classroom teaching in alignment with NEP guidelines.
